Tryr, Agentized.io kuruluşudur. Hizmet sağlayıcı ve satıcı Agentized.io'dur; ödeme ekranında ve kart ekstrenizde Agentized.io adını görürsünüz.

Hizmet

Tryr, verdiğiniz ürün sayfasından ya da yüklediğiniz görsellerden yapay zekâ ile ürün çekimi üretir. Üretilen kareler tanıtım görselidir; gerçek bir fotoğraf çekimi kaydı değildir.

Kullanım hakkınız

Ürettiğiniz görselleri kendi ticari faaliyetinizde serbestçe kullanabilirsiniz: ürün sayfası, sosyal medya, reklam, katalog, basılı iş. Görseller üzerinde münhasır olmayan, süresiz ve dünya çapında kullanım hakkına sahipsiniz.

Sorumluluğunuz

Krediler, abonelik ve ödeme

Üretim ve indirme işlemleri kredi ile yapılır. Krediler hesabınıza tanımlandığı anda kullanılabilir ve süresi dolmaz; kullanılmayan krediler bir sonraki döneme devreder.

Paketler aboneliktir. Seçtiğiniz paket (aylık, 3 aylık ya da yıllık) dönem sonunda siz iptal edene kadar otomatik yenilenir ve aynı tutar kartınızdan tahsil edilir. Dönem başında paketin kredisi hesabınıza eklenir. Ödeme ekranında yenileme aralığını ve tutarı onaylamadan tahsilat yapılmaz.

İptal: Aboneliğinizi istediğiniz an info@agentized.io adresine yazarak iptal edebilirsiniz. İptal, içinde bulunduğunuz dönemin sonunda geçerli olur; o döneme ait krediler sizde kalır ve süresi dolmaz.

İade: Kullanılmamış krediler için, satın alma tarihinden itibaren 14 gün içinde info@agentized.io adresine yazarak iade talep edebilirsiniz. Üretimde harcanmış krediler iade edilmez; dijital içerik teslim edildiği anda tüketilmiş sayılır.

Fiyatlar ve para birimi: Site fiyatları ABD doları (USD) üzerindendir. Ödeme ekranında Türk lirası (TRY) ile ödemeyi seçebilirsiniz; TRY tutarı ödeme anındaki kura göre hesaplanır ve kur değiştikçe değişir. Vergiler, yürürlükteki mevzuata göre ödeme adımında hesaplanır ve tutara yansıtılır.

Ödemeler Stripe üzerinden alınır. Kart bilgileriniz bize hiç ulaşmaz, Stripe'ta saklanır.

Üretim kalitesi

Yapay zekâ üretimi olasılıklıdır; her kare beklediğiniz gibi çıkmayabilir. Beğenmediğiniz kareler için revizyon ve düzenleme araçları sunulur. Belirli bir sonucun garantisini vermeyiz.

Hizmetin sürekliliği

Hizmeti kesintisiz sunmak için çalışırız ama kesinti, bakım ve değişiklik olabilir. Şartları değiştirirsek bu sayfayı güncelleriz; önemli değişiklikleri hesabınızdaki e-posta adresine bildiririz.

Sorumluluğun sınırı

Tryr, hizmet nedeniyle doğabilecek dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değildir. Toplam sorumluluğumuz, talebe konu olay öncesindeki 12 ay içinde bize ödediğiniz tutarla sınırlıdır.

Hesabın sonlandırılması

Hesabınızı istediğiniz zaman kapatabilirsiniz. Bu şartların ihlali hâlinde hesabınızı askıya alma veya kapatma hakkımız saklıdır.

By using Tryr you agree to these terms. We keep them short.

Who provides it

Tryr is an Agentized.io product. The service provider and seller is Agentized.io; you will see Agentized.io on the checkout page and on your card statement.

The service

Tryr generates product photography with AI, from a product page you provide or images you upload. The frames are promotional imagery, not a record of a real photo shoot.

Your rights to the output

You may use the generated images freely in your commercial activity: product pages, social media, advertising, catalogues and print. You receive a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide right to use them.

Your responsibilities

Credits, subscription and payment

Generation and downloads consume credits. Credits become available the moment they are added to your account and do not expire; unused credits roll over to the next period.

Packages are subscriptions. The package you choose (monthly, quarterly or yearly) renews automatically until you cancel, and the same amount is charged to your card. The package's credits are added at the start of each period. Nothing is charged before you confirm the renewal interval and amount on the checkout page.

Cancelling: you may cancel at any time by writing to info@agentized.io. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; the credits for that period remain yours and do not expire.

Refunds: for unused credits, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by writing to info@agentized.io. Credits already spent on generation are not refundable; digital content is treated as consumed on delivery.

Prices and currency: prices on the site are in US dollars (USD). You may choose to pay in Turkish lira (TRY) on the checkout page; the TRY amount is calculated at the exchange rate at the time of payment and moves with the rate. Taxes are calculated at checkout under applicable law and added to the amount.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details never reach us; they are held by Stripe.

Output quality

AI generation is probabilistic; not every frame will match your expectation. Revision and editing tools are provided. We do not guarantee a specific result.

Availability

We work to keep the service running, but outages, maintenance and changes happen. If we change these terms we will update this page and notify significant changes by email.

Limitation of liability

Tryr is not liable for indirect damages arising from the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.
