Hizmet

Tryr, verdiğiniz ürün sayfasından ya da yüklediğiniz görsellerden yapay zekâ ile ürün çekimi üretir. Üretilen kareler tanıtım görselidir; gerçek bir fotoğraf çekimi kaydı değildir.

Kullanım hakkınız

Ürettiğiniz görselleri kendi ticari faaliyetinizde serbestçe kullanabilirsiniz: ürün sayfası, sosyal medya, reklam, katalog, basılı iş. Görseller üzerinde münhasır olmayan, süresiz ve dünya çapında kullanım hakkına sahipsiniz.

Sorumluluğunuz

Krediler, abonelik ve ödeme

Üretim ve indirme işlemleri kredi ile yapılır. Krediler hesabınıza tanımlandığı anda kullanılabilir.

Devir: Abonelikle gelen kredilerin dönem sonunda kullanılmayan kısmının %20'si bir sonraki döneme devreder, kalanı sona erer. Devreden krediler de bir sonraki dönemin sonunda aynı kurala tabidir. Harcamada önce süresi en erken bitecek abonelik kredisi kullanılır. Tek seferlik kredi yüklemeleri, kampanya bonusları, iade edilen krediler ve bu kuralın yürürlüğe girdiği tarihte hesabınızda bulunan krediler bu kurala tabi değildir ve sona ermez. Kural tüm aboneliklere uygulanır.

Tek seferlik kredi yükleme: Giriş yapmış hesaplar abonelik olmadan da kredi yükleyebilir: $10, $20, $50, $100 ya da en az $10 olan başka bir tam dolar tutarı (1 ABD doları = 20 kredi, tek seferde en çok $1.000). Ödeme bir kez tahsil edilir ve yenilenmez; yüklenen krediler kalıcıdır, devir kuralına tabi değildir ve sona ermez. Deneme süresi devam eden hesaplar deneme bitene kadar kredi yükleyemez. Tek seferlik kredi yüklemeleri iptal ve iade edilemez.

Paketler aboneliktir. Seçtiğiniz paket (aylık, 3 aylık ya da yıllık) dönem sonunda siz iptal edene kadar otomatik yenilenir ve aynı tutar kartınızdan tahsil edilir. Dönem başında paketin kredisi hesabınıza eklenir; 3 aylık ve yıllık paketlerde dönemin tüm kredisi tek seferde eklenir ve devir kuralı dönem sonunda (3 ayda ya da yılda bir) işler. Ödeme ekranında yenileme aralığını ve tutarı onaylamadan tahsilat yapılmaz.

Ücretsiz deneme: Starter aylık paketi, deneme sunulan sayfadan başlatıldığında 2 gün ücretsiz denenebilir. Deneme başlarken kart bilginiz alınır, ücret çekilmez; 2 günün sonunda iptal etmediyseniz Starter aylık ücreti kartınızdan tahsil edilir ve paketin kredisi hesabınıza eklenir. Denemede kredi verilmez; deneme süresince toplam 20 görsel (fotoğraf, try-on, storyboard ve düzenleme toplamı) ve 5 şarkı üretebilirsiniz. Denemede video üretimi kapalıdır ve indirmeler web kalitesindedir (1K). Deneme hakkı her e-posta adresi, hesap ve kart için bir kezdir; ön ödemeli kartla deneme başlatılamaz. Bu koşullara uymayan deneme başlatılmaz: abonelik iptal edilir ve ücret alınmaz. Deneme sürerken Starter'ı hemen başlatabilirsiniz; bu durumda aylık ücret o anda tahsil edilir ve paketin kredisi eklenir.

İptal: Aboneliğinizi istediğiniz an panelinizden ya da info@agentized.io adresine yazarak iptal edebilirsiniz. İptal, içinde bulunduğunuz dönemin sonunda geçerli olur; o döneme ait kredileri kullanmaya devam edebilirsiniz, dönem sonunda yukarıdaki devir kuralı uygulanır.

Ödeme alınamazsa: Yenileme ödemesi alınamadığı gün size e-postayla bildiririz. Ertesi gün ödeme hâlâ alınamamışsa abonelikle gelen kullanılmamış krediler sıfırlanır; tek seferlik yüklenen krediler etkilenmez. Ödeme sonradan alınırsa yeni dönemin kredisi hesabınıza eklenir.

İade: Aboneliğinizin ilk 30 günü içinde info@agentized.io adresine yazarak iade isterseniz, o ödemeyle gelen kredilerin en çok %20'sini kullandıysanız ödediğiniz abonelik ücretinin %100'ünü soru sormadan iade ederiz. İade ya da ödeme itirazı işlendiğinde hesaptaki kalan krediler geri alınır. 30 günden sonra abonelik ücretleri iade edilmez. Tek seferlik kredi yüklemeleri iptal ve iade edilemez. Bu garanti dışında üretimde harcanmış krediler iade edilmez; dijital içerik teslim edildiği anda tüketilmiş sayılır.

Fiyatlar ve para birimi: Site fiyatları ABD doları (USD) üzerindendir. Ödeme ekranında Türk lirası (TRY) ile ödemeyi seçebilirsiniz; TRY tutarı ödeme anındaki kura göre hesaplanır ve kur değiştikçe değişir. Vergiler, yürürlükteki mevzuata göre ödeme adımında hesaplanır ve tutara yansıtılır.

Ödemeler Stripe üzerinden alınır. Kart bilgileriniz bize hiç ulaşmaz, Stripe'ta saklanır.

Üretim kalitesi

Yapay zekâ üretimi olasılıklıdır; her kare beklediğiniz gibi çıkmayabilir. Beğenmediğiniz kareler için revizyon ve düzenleme araçları sunulur. Belirli bir sonucun garantisini vermeyiz.

Hizmetin sürekliliği

Hizmeti kesintisiz sunmak için çalışırız ama kesinti, bakım ve değişiklik olabilir. Şartları değiştirirsek bu sayfayı güncelleriz; önemli değişiklikleri hesabınızdaki e-posta adresine bildiririz.

Sorumluluğun sınırı

Tryr, hizmet nedeniyle doğabilecek dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değildir. Toplam sorumluluğumuz, talebe konu olay öncesindeki 12 ay içinde bize ödediğiniz tutarla sınırlıdır.

Hesabın sonlandırılması

Hesabınızı istediğiniz zaman kapatabilirsiniz. Bu şartların ihlali hâlinde hesabınızı askıya alma veya kapatma hakkımız saklıdır.

Who provides it

Tryr is an Agentized.io product. The service provider and seller is Agentized.io; you will see Agentized.io on the checkout page and on your card statement.

The service

Tryr generates product photography with AI, from a product page you provide or images you upload. The frames are promotional imagery, not a record of a real photo shoot.

Your rights to the output

You may use the generated images freely in your commercial activity: product pages, social media, advertising, catalogues and print. You receive a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide right to use them.

Your responsibilities

Credits, subscription and payment

Generation and downloads consume credits. Credits become available the moment they are added to your account.

Rollover: at the end of each period, 20% of the unused credits that came with your subscription roll over to the next period and the rest expire. Rolled-over credits follow the same rule at the end of the next period. Spending uses the subscription credits that run out soonest first. One-time credit top-ups, campaign bonuses, refunded credits and the credits in your account on the date this rule took effect are not subject to it and do not lapse. The rule applies to all subscriptions.

One-time credit top-ups: signed-in accounts can also top up credits without a subscription: $10, $20, $50, $100 or any other whole-dollar amount of at least $10 (US$1 = 20 credits, at most $1,000 at a time). The payment is charged once and does not renew; topped-up credits are permanent, not subject to the rollover rule and never expire. Accounts in an active trial cannot top up until the trial ends. One-time top-ups cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Packages are subscriptions. The package you choose (monthly, quarterly or yearly) renews automatically until you cancel, and the same amount is charged to your card. The package's credits are added at the start of each period; on quarterly and yearly plans the whole period's credits are added at once and the rollover rule applies at the end of the period (every three months or once a year). Nothing is charged before you confirm the renewal interval and amount on the checkout page.

Free trial: the Starter monthly plan can be tried free for 2 days when started from a page that offers the trial. Your card details are taken when the trial starts and nothing is charged; unless you cancel within the 2 days, the Starter monthly fee is charged to your card and the plan's credits are added to your account. The trial includes no credits; during the trial you can generate a total of 20 images (photos, try-on, storyboards and edits combined) and 5 songs. Video generation is off during the trial and downloads are web quality (1K). The trial is available once per email address, account and card; a trial cannot be started with a prepaid card. A trial that does not meet these conditions is not started: the subscription is cancelled and nothing is charged. During the trial you can start Starter right away; the monthly fee is then charged at that moment and the plan's credits are added.

Cancelling: you may cancel at any time from your panel or by writing to info@agentized.io. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; you can keep using that period's credits, and the rollover rule above applies at the end of the period.

Failed payments: if a renewal payment fails, we email you that day. If it is still unpaid the next day, the unused credits that came with your subscription are reset; one-time top-up credits are not affected. If the payment goes through later, the new period's credits are added to your account.

Refunds: if you ask for a refund by writing to info@agentized.io within the first 30 days of your subscription and you have used no more than 20% of the credits from that payment, we refund 100% of the subscription fee you paid, no questions asked. When a refund or a payment dispute is processed, the remaining credits are removed from your account. After 30 days, subscription fees are not refundable. One-time credit top-ups cannot be cancelled or refunded. Outside this guarantee, credits already spent on generation are not refundable; digital content is treated as consumed on delivery.

Prices and currency: prices on the site are in US dollars (USD). You may choose to pay in Turkish lira (TRY) on the checkout page; the TRY amount is calculated at the exchange rate at the time of payment and moves with the rate. Taxes are calculated at checkout under applicable law and added to the amount.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details never reach us; they are held by Stripe.

Output quality

AI generation is probabilistic; not every frame will match your expectation. Revision and editing tools are provided. We do not guarantee a specific result.

Availability

We work to keep the service running, but outages, maintenance and changes happen. If we change these terms we will update this page and notify significant changes by email.

Limitation of liability

Tryr is not liable for indirect damages arising from the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.
