Aboneliğinin ilk 30 günü içinde info@agentized.io adresine yazarak iade istersen, o ödemeyle gelen kredilerin en çok %20'sini kullandıysan abonelik ücretinin %100'ü soru sormadan iade edilir. Tek seferlik kredi yüklemeleri iptal ve iade edilemez. Tüm koşullar Kullanım Şartları'nda.

Cancelling a subscription

You may cancel at any time from your panel or by writing to info@agentized.io. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; you can keep using that period's credits.

Refunds

If you ask for a refund by writing to info@agentized.io within the first 30 days of your subscription and you have used no more than 20% of the credits from that payment, we refund 100% of the subscription fee, no questions asked. One-time credit top-ups cannot be cancelled or refunded. The full terms are in the Terms of Service.
